Yeah I drink sodas 24/7 while having heart problems (heart leakage that I had surgery for when i was a few months old)
I also eat a bunch of weird foods, I never become fat though

Your opening picture should've featured a plate of bacon, red meat, butter, sausage, french fries and anything else fried or deep fried as THAT kind of stuff is what supposedly causes heart attacks/heart disease over time.

What you actually DID show ie sugar filled soft drinks and or possibly alcohol as well...?

Thats more likely to simply cause some form of diabetes later or sooner in life.

Its good in smaller doses, it increase the force of the heartbeat and heart rate as result you get more energy. If you already have high heart rate or if you consume large amount of caffeine you can get a heart attack.

I kinda do eat whatever I want, but at the same time, I avoid some unhealthy foods because my body would start rejecting it, or I’d pass out from eating too many carbs. That and I want to have a good quality of life.
