Yea he probably is. His GF is 60+ years old though... I guess it's hard to find a GF your age when you consume raw animal products. Foids hate anything that's natural.Thing is he Eats nothing but freshly slaugtered healthy meat he probably is the healthiest man in america no shit

Yeah but if he is happy with her i guess can't say much but he could probably pull a younger hotter Japanese girlYea he probably is. His GF is 60+ years old though... I guess it's hard to find a GF your age when you consume raw animal products. Foids hate anything that's natural.
Lamb liver taste pretty similar to beef liver. Problem with cooking liver is that it becomes dry and more unappetizing IMO, also harder to digest.sounds a bit crazy plus i've never seen that liver for sale, i buy beef liver when i see it though and fry it in a skillet
I wish i could but it's too expensive. The healthiest things in life are often the most expensive ones. I will probably buy 2kg of lamb liver next paycheck though.nigga eating prehisstoric diet
there is nothing you cant get from veggies so moot pointI wish i could but it's too expensive. The healthiest things in life are often the most expensive ones. I will probably buy 2kg of lamb liver next paycheck though.
100g of raw lamb liver has more nutrients than a whole garbage bag full of man-made pesticide-ridden vegetables.there is nothing you cant get from veggies so moot point

Unless liver is some kind of an exception, cooking meat makes it easier to digest. Maybe you mean some of its nutrients are ruined when cooked instead (source):also harder to digest
That's fair enough. The following nutrients are often reduced during cooking:
- water-soluble vitamins: vitamin C and the B vitamins — thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), and cobalamin (B12)
- fat-soluble vitamins: vitamins A, D, E, and K
- minerals: primarily potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium
Chicken liver, pork liver, and beef liver may carry bacteria such as Campylobacter, salmonella, and E. coli.
Consuming these bacteria can lead to various digestive problems and food poisoning, even if consumed in small amounts.
What About Freezing Raw Liver?
Raw liver advocates often argue that freezing raw liver prevents bacteria in the liver from multiplying; however, the small amounts of existing bacteria are enough to cause food poisoning, diarrhea, and vomiting.
I guess it's a matter of preference. Personally, I love liver with onionit becomes dry and more unappetizing IMO
They haven't tested raw meat eating on humans in those studies because it's not allowed by the medical profession. From experience i can say that it's way easier to digest any raw animal products compared to cooked and i've been eating raw meat, organs, milk and eggs for 6 years, never gotten sick. The only way to get an actual parasite from an animal is when you eat it's raw intenstines or the animals poop. People get food poisoned because they eat cooked, vaccinated meat full of antibiotics. They use hand sanitizer on meat and spray it with toxins, same with vegetables. That's the reason you get food poisoning. It has nothing to do with the food being raw or cooked.Unless liver is some kind of an exception, cooking meat makes it easier to digest. I don't know how safe liver is to eat raw; I wouldn't risk it tbh. They don't mention lamb here, at least, but maybe they just haven't considered it:

Good. I'm guessing you've never tried eating raw meat so you wouldn't know. Alot of people eat raw meat and alot of dishes are exclusively raw like: Steak tartar, Carpaccio, Kibbeh Nayyeh, Sashimi, raw oysters etc. In certain cultures it's very common to eat raw animal products.I plan on buying my own meat grinder soon, so I can put liver on my ground beef. But I gotta say, raw meat is cringe, gotta cook it up.
Understandable. Food today is much safer than decades ago but I still don't feel like eating it raw. Might try some sushi in a proper place, who knows.Good. As a Brazilian you should love raw meat. I think it's a common dish at Brazilian steak houses, or atleast very rare.Understandable. Food today is much safer than decades ago but I still don't feel like eating it raw. Might try some sushi in a proper place, who knows.
It has an earthy taste, and it almost goes up into your nostrils. Raw meat hardly has any taste, just irony but still delicious and satiating. So it tastes like chocolate? Not umami or meat flavored? What about raw meat?
