This is what I've been eating for the past 4 months. Beef bacon, broccoli feta cheese two or three eggs over easy and toast. I've been working out more + have lost considerable amount of weight in the past year. I used to be around 309 and now 269. Always went to the gym but I was a cardio cook for a long time and was too scared to actually lift weight. Now I can Max out the bicep curl machine at 200 lb + do three sets of 10 on 120 for preacher curls. I haven't done anything for my lower body, but I have pretty good calves from just walking around. It can jump pretty high. I actually am able to dunk but it doesn't look like some NBA shit. I do want to get a second opinion from all you gym cells on this forum on how good and nutritious this references and things that I can tweak about it
