Some women have said some REALLY harsh things to me over the years. They've called me ugly in so many different ways, told me to kill myself, etc. but there's one thing that stands out the most.

Back when I was mass cold approaching women in the 2000s, I got a lot of VERY harsh rejections, but one that stood out was this asian girl who just looked at me coldly and said "no one likes you" and walked off. That one pierced my soul. She wasn't angry, or annoyed, there was no emotion in her voice, facial expression or body language. She just said it so matter-of-factly.

"ew" is another one that always got to me. I got that from a bunch of women I approached, but it was always brutal.

On paper some women have said far worse to me, like one girl I approached told me to "go drink some rat poison" but whenever a woman said something like that to me, they always seemed angry/annoyed, so I could cope by telling myself something like "oh she was just having a really bad day" or "she's probably annoyed because I'm like the 15th guy to approach her this day".

So they have always been like this? I thought it was an artifact of the 2020s and dating apps

I mean yeah, there have always been women like this. To be fair though, most women I approached didn't say anything like this, but I also cold approached a lot of women so statistically it was bound to happen. Most women I approached rejected me in much more subtle ways like simply ignoring me, giving very dry one word replies, "i gotta go", etc.

That said at least back in the 2000s there wasn't the risk of them recording you, posting you on social media, and the tik-tok/reddit army finding out where you work and getting you fired from your job. That part is a product of more recent times (the past 10 years or so).
