Would depends on a lot of factors tbh. The type of heroin, how it was made/how pure it is. Your own resilience. Tolerance too. How spaced out doses are. I couldn't give a clear cut answer as for mg I guess. It will vary. But I guess the best thing to do would be to look up an LD50 for it and see which range you'd fit in.
LD50 for morphine is around 200mg orally I think

Let's say i want to try it for the first time and i havw white heroin and want to snort it
I dont even like white heroin because it doesnt combust well jfl. So I cant smoke it when my needles are gone. That said. Just because the heroin looks white, doesnt mean it's still pure. Cocaine is still white and the adulterants put into that don't affect the color.
I can't really imagine you'd OD from snorting heroin easily though ngl. I hate snorting, I consider it wasteful. But if you must, just take a bump or two. Assuming your heroin isn't cut with any ott bullshit, just put a bump on your wrist or on a surface and get it up there.
Chances are you may not enjoy it at first. Many H users dont get along too well with the first hit. But from what I gather that definitely applies to injecting more than anything else. Nauseating.
