I kind of have a crush for a girl with indigenous facial features, but I would dear to say the andine descendant/looking people are fairly uglier than whites in Argentina. I don't wanna sound like an asshole, but just look at them, they kinda look like asians (they have denisovan ascendence) but with more grotesque or rough facial features; bigger noses, bigger cheekbones, corpulent bone structure, etc. I would understand females having preference for bigger or more corpulent males, but it isn't that favorable for the ladies, who should be more delicate looking (to fit with a universal sex appeal description). So I'd say my biggest turnoff would be the face.
On the other hand, globalized western culture has it's say as well, due to the influence in how a woman is supposed to look and all. Here on the south cone we're pretty well with good looking females, we have white beauties who don't necessarily look caucasian and brown beauties who don't necessarily look indigenous, mostly due to the interracial breeding which took place hundreds of years ago (we never had a problem with segregation really). Although, for countries without that genetic variety, who had the misfortune to be influenced by western media, skyrocketed their standards wanting the most eurodescendant lady out there, which often is pointless, due to the high percentage of indigenous descendants in their country. The prime examples for this would be: Mexico, Bolivia, Perú, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Guatemala and El Salvador (I threw most of them in because of their high population in indigenous descendants, but I guarantee the first three are accurate).
