Serious Question for Modcels: Why are my stars still green when I passed the Captain rank many posts ago?

My name is orange indicating my Commander rank but my stars are still green from that of a Captain rank. Is this a technical issue or an account related issue?

Are you using the old 2019 theme? I don't see it on the default 2022 themes.
