My question is, why does Jason Bateman try to make money off the low end blue collar rednecks, instead of the rich lake house upper crust?

'Cuz in order to launder money, he is deiliberately targeting businesses that aren't doing too well and whose owners might be interested in additional revenue streams.- Probably the local fat cats don't need his help
