Man thats some totally primate behaviour if you ask me , this behaviour is seen widely among monkeys where staring them is seen as a challenge to fight lol If their behavioural development is still at this stage then its a crime in itself to expect them to adapt to a society like USA whose social conducts and founding philosophy were mandated by highly sophisticated and educated anglo saxons who probably had at least 600 years of sophisticated education advantage
