Seriously when I found out it was very common for millennials and zoomers to be scared shitless of phone calls I burst out laughing Read really pathetic stuff like ppl ordering food on the delivery app rather than calling the restaurant, even if it has extra fees. Or they having a problem with a product or service but never get it sorted out because customer service is call only. Grow a pair and just do it, the restaurant workers or the poor guy at the call centre really don't give a fuck about who you are, they just want to help you and their shift to be over so they can go home. These are the same people that larp about starting a communist revolution or killing fascists btw
