i watched rookie year: behind bars and there was this one episode that had the foid rookie CO. The inmates tried to strike up a conversation with her and tried to be friendly with her in general. I don't know if the inmates wanted company or were trying to manipulate her in order to bypass prison regulations by smuggling or contraband.
