My diet since I stopped ordering doordash: cereal, chips, pasta, milk, protein shake

I don’t want to make anything that takes time & effort or requires me to wash dishes after:lasereyes:

The funny thing is my diet still mogs the average amerifat cus I get a lot of fiber and protein and I don’t consume as much sugar

In Sweden we have a thing called husmanskost (Literal: House man diet). It contains the foods most commonly eaten in Sweden like meatballs, spaghetti and sauce, shit like that. It's cheap and is the easiest to make.
 
Breakfast usually nothing because I’m asleep during breakfast time but when I’m not just a bunch of random snacks at the house
Lunch a frozen meal
Dinner whatever my parents made for dinner if they made dinner that day but if they didn’t another frozen meal
 
lots of pizza, frozen meals and some fruits and vegetables. also at least 60 oz of beer a day

I'll eat whatever the fuck I can cook or what my mom makes during the day. Whenever I'm hungry at late at night I'll make instant noodles with eggs

Lots of chicken and red meat, broccoli, coconut oil, peanut butter, eggs, cream. I try to stay on keto because it helps my anxiety

My diet consists of whatever I can scrounge up from the leftovers that my mom cooked that week, but I mostly just make eggs and toast. That’s it. It’s quick, easy, and tasty every time. I’m too high inhib to be arsed to learn how to make anything else as I dislike being outside of the confines of my room because of my gay family who I’m highly paranoid about, so I only eat once a day. Up until like 2 weeks ago I never ate toast because I was too high inhib to figure out how the toaster in my house worked.

Yea, being too scared to learn to make toast is a truecel trait. I can relate because I always thought I was going to burn down the house whenever I tried to use the toaster.

This is a good meal I think. I sometimes make grilled ham and cheese, but ham and cheese are pretty expensive and eggs are relatively cheap so I might switch.

It is, but I’ve eaten it every couple of days for like 5 years now. I imagine most people would get sick of it by that point

If you switch it up with salad spreads or peanutbutter it's a pretty good routine

They add mayo but make it out of all kinds of flavors. Like you have cheese, prawns, beef, farmer's salad, salmon, etc. It's pretty popular in the netherlands and also cheap

You add chocolate sprinkles on the peanutbutter (also dutch tradition)
