My main qualm with Muv-Luv Alternative is the ending. If you know, you know. Aside from that, I think the that the motif of sacrifice was worn out by the end. But everything aside from that was great. The pacing could've been better too.

After all the time spent in that world, it doesn't feel right for Takeru to just leave. I get what they were trying to do, it just felt cheap.
Almost done with this VN only one route left to read it's been excellent so far, now i know why it's at 24th place when rated by Japanese (at least in 2019 now it dropped to 39th place)
