It's getting into the early hours of the morning where I am, my entire internal clock is fucked. It feels natural to go to sleep at 4 am and wake up at 1 pm, that's just what works, unfortunately my obligations don't conform to this. The entire reason this is even happening is because I don't have a girlfriend—it's that simple. Let's be honest, men are worse at certain things like making sure we take care of ourselves properly, and so this is where having girlfriend comes in. But because I DON'T HAVE ONE, this is the outcome. Go fuck yourself with your "discipline" and adjacent bullshit. I know this isn't the truth because even when I was more disciplined I never got anything. I have always been a hard worker in life but I am beginning to see that it does not matter. Absolute nonsense.

All you gotta do to have a better sleep schedule is wake up the same time every day with an alarm. After around one or two or something weeks you'll be adjusted to the sleep time and should wake up slightly before the alarm if you go to bed on time. You should then be more likely to get the benefits of restorative, regular, sleep, and avoid the opposite. Doesn't have to be a big deal, you can just alarm up and deal with a few days of sleep deprivation at first (if/when that would be possible for you).
 
I do the same on weekends lol,

late nights feel so good it makes me forget my brutal life .

This is like telling an incel to just talk to girls and get a girlfriend, or an autistic to just go outside. Some people have sleep problems regardless of their habits. When I went to high school I put an alarm early at the same time every morning, that didn't make me fall asleep earlier, it just made me sleep less than 5 hours every night.
 
Try stay up later everyday and you'll fix it eventually.
 
you need something that will force you to sleep in time, like having a job or some other responsibilities
 
My sleep schedule sometimes is, 10 am in the morning sleep and wake up at around 5 pm.
Sometimes it’s sleep at 5 am and wake up at 3 pm.
Right now i wake up naturally at 7-8 am and sleep at 11 pm (this is the healthiest)

I have noticed, when I retain my seed and don’t ejaculate, and keep this going for weeks, my sleep schedule naturally shifts into the most healthy way. Like naturally waking up early morning 7 or even 6 am and staying up all day, not getting tired until 11 pm and then falling asleep. I think this is the best sleep schedule too and it’s nice that after a certain point my body goes into this by itself and i don’t have to force it. But it’s not always like this ofcourse, but it’s the best healthiest option for sure.

same been sick lately and cortizol levels high, late nights are relaxing until you see the sun rise...

But you should then get more and more tired, making you able to fall asleep earlier? How long did you stick to a routine? But, yeah, maybe for some amount of people this won't work, I guess, maybe.
 
My sleep schedule has been creeping towards getting worse as well, going to sleep at like 3 am. But then things got worse last night, I was up all night stressed over a phone call I had to make today and now that it's over I'm too afraid to sleep because I know if I do, I'll wake up just as night starts. That thought terrifies me for some reason. So I'm pacing my apartment, doing pushups and squats. I have sleep aids such as melatonin, magnesium glycinate, rhodiola and ashwagandha, but I might as well suffer through the day until at least 5 pm before trying them so I can reset my sleep into a better schedule.

Sometimes the only way past something is straight through the center.
 
Do a 24 Hour no Sleep Day , Maybe add a Few more Hours . Go at an Reasonable Time to Sleep ( you will fall Asleep Quickly ) and then Just go to Sleep at that Time Each Day from there on .

I do use alarms but I guess it's not consistent enough

I have done this before but it never lasts
 
I was recommended magnesium by another cel in a similar thread. You want one with the three types. I pop one and hour before I want to go to bed and even if I'm gaming or fucking doom scrolling, I find I'm so fucking sleepy I just go to bed. I have been feeling better in the mornings and while it doesn't make my existence any better, I can at least do my job and not get in shit for logging in late.
