Small wrists For SMV: it doesn't really matter too much. Face, Race and Height matter way more.

Small wrists for gymcelling: I can't speak because I don't have small wrists myself. But what I've heard on the forum is that there have been wristcels that have gotten wrist pain from doing basic movements and it hindered their progression.
