This is something I'm actually glad about, the three shittiest starters finally getting a new form to fix them. Maybe we'll finally get a fairy/grass meganium, or a design inspired by meganium illumina. Emboar and Feraligatr really don't have anything wrong about them, it's just that they get overshadowed since they're just so damn basic for a starter.
Let me guess, Quasartico will be the bad guys all along and the rival will basically be your friend and give you free stuff. They do have the opportunity to do something amazing with AZ, like with him finally being able to repent for his actions in the 1000 year war. (Quasartico's logo has a striking resemblence to the one that AZ fired tho)

I can't say anything on if the battle system is good or not from just the clip, but what I will say is that it's ugly as fuck. Who the hell thoight it'd be a good idea to have 3 different fonts on one screen??

And that's the entire trailer. Let's be real this game is just gonna be walking simulator going through the same 3 or 4 zones for the majority of the game, with an even worse battle system, and we won't even get cool new competive mons from this since the moves will have to be tweaked to fit that new battle system.
And we're gonna 100% be forced to collect all 95 zygarde cores because they need a quick way to pad out playtime
