Looks like the next president of Chile will be a Pinochet supporter, I think it's gonna be Kast but Kaiser has a small chance too. Any of them at least oppose to wokism and are against the 2020 disturbs freaks. Kast now denies being a pinochetist, but it's just because he doesn't want to be perceived as extreme, he voted in favor of Pinochet in 1988 consult and in 2017 he said that Pinochet would vote for him. Kaiser openly calls himself pinochetist and defines himself as "reactionary" but personally I wouldn't vote for him, he is also a libertarian and is like a chilean Milei. I doubt the left candidate has any chances to win since the government of Boric is unpopular.

I don't know if Miguel Krasnov, the Chilean brigadier general, is 79 years old, and he's been in prison for about 20 years. I don't know if he'll live to see his release and regain his good name. Although I hope so.

Same, he didn't anything wrong, despite I'm not really fan of Pinochet.

I think Kast is gonna pardon him because pinochetism is rising in Chile and a lot of his voters or potential voters (Kaiser voters) want him to get released, the same with carabineros who beat up antifa scum in 2020 disturbs (it was like a chilean version BLM disturbs but instead of protesting for the death of a lowlife they protested to take down the Pinochet constitution), it didn't work :feelskek:

Imagine that you are born in a prisoner-of-war camp, and your grandfather and father are captured by the British and then deported to the USSR, where they are executed for collaborating with the Germans in the war against Bolshevism, even though neither Peter Krasnov (the Ataman of the Don Cossacks) nor his son Semyon were legally citizens of the USSR. Then the Chilean diplomat helps your mother take you to Chile, and you grow up, go to military college, serve your country all your life, and become a brigadier general. Then your new country sends you to prison for 1,000 years for torturing communists, even though the communists took your father and grandfather away from you.

Hope Kast doesn't become a new Meloni and actually has balls to do things like pardoning people like Krasnoff. The reason I'm supporting Kast instead of Kaiser is because Kaiser is libertarian.
Fun fact, Kast father (Miguel Kast) was a Wehrmacht soldier and an NSDAP member who escaped to Chile after WW2.

It would be fair if in his old age Miguel was given his good name back and could die at liberty in the circle of his children and grandchildren, and not in prison. This man's life is extremely tragic, it could even be a blockbuster movie.
