It's not an automatic 70%. Most I ever managed after 40 votes was 54%. I've lost any faith in photofeeler though as yes the quality of photo makes a huge difference - I've bern rated 2% in my worst and 54% in my highest. Too much disparity - so basically, pay no attention to photofeeler.

Selfies, especially indoor ones get panned hard on photofeeler.

I am just saying what @Itsover and others have said. I have never used the site myself

70% was apparently an over-exaggeration, but those guys highly overrate and underrate based on the quality of the photo.
