I got so fucking pissed off and angry at my situation last night (as I randomly have been for the last 2 or 3 months) that I even yelled out "I hope these cunts all get beat and raped" while my fucking parents were in the other room. This is not good, Im gonna end up doing something.

Same, lately I have been extremely angry. I just can't stand living like this anymore, I don't even have the copes I want.

I've been angry too lately. Ive had thoughts of hurting people. I even punched a hole in the wall a long time ago.
Luckily I've got use to it and use my anger on something productive like weightlifting or shadow boxing.
