You likely have sleep apnea as well due to your recessed jaw. Get tested and if it comes back positive for OSA, insurance can cover double jaw surgery.

A lot of pharmacies offer home sleep studies. If they don't in your area however you can get a referral to a sleep clinic for a sleep study.

They can provide insurance if you are diagnosed with OSA and you state you're not compliant with CPAP. But even if you're a KHHV incel, your life will improve if you treat obstructive sleep apnea with CPAP, you won't be tired all day.

Those devices are only effective for mild OSA. If yours is moderate to severe, CPAP is what you need to reduce AHI to less than 5. CPAP isn't really that uncomfortable as well tbh, as long as you get the correct pressure range.
