Who are all these Instagram people with a bright life and how did they come to this result?

I downloaded Instagram in 2018, opened it and felt a shock. I am not from a cave, I have known about Instagram for a long time, back in 2012 I found out about it via the Internet.

I just don't understand something. Instagram is teeming with photos of people with bright lives.
They are constantly traveling, constantly going somewhere, constantly attending some events, parties, meetings...

Where do people get so much free time for themselves and their lives?

For example, I work a lot and I never have enough time. Not enough money too.
I work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. The monthly salary is enough for me only to rent a cheap apartment, to pay for food, to pay for mobile communications, to pay for the Internet. After that, very little remains.
