Serious How do you go outside?

For anyone with a job, who has to work to survive. How do you get the courage to go outside? Every time I go outside, I hear people laughing and mocking me, people giving me dirty looks, people refusing me service for no reason. I have to go outside for doctor’s appointments and groceries etc. how do I do it?

I live in a rural area so I drive around twenty minutes to the town I work in.

I seem to be "invisible" to most people both in public and at work. This is both a blessing and a curse. I am rarely acknowledged one way or the other by anybody else.
