I used to live in an old house with lead paint. Thankfully I was a young adult at the time, so my nervous system was developed enough to prevent most of the damage.
I still have terrible memory as a result though, but at least my mental faculties remained largely intact.

I remember i used to go to a shooting range as a kid. There was a lot of lead poisoning from handling the bullets, guns, and vapor in the air. I gotba blood test and the levels of lead in my blood were high. I stopped going to the range after that but it just seemed my life just got worse overall after that
