Opiod overdoses in USA

Saw a video online where it said LOADS of Americans are unemployed. They stay home all day and start self medicating, some use food, some, opiods, some weed etc etc etc.

So then I read an unrelated article about the dangers of taking opiods with alcohol or heroin etc. This causes overdoses mainly, I guess the users get to drunk and use a too high dosage of their drug of choice.

Is life in USA really crappy if you unemployed? In Europe at least in the richer countries there is neetbuxx so its still possible to use the buxx to visit escorts, enjoy a pack of 20 chicken wings everyday, energy drinks everyday, smoke weed, buy booze, visit another city once a month etc etc.

So my assumption that lack of neetbuxx in USA at least for men after like 2 or 5 years ?must make life like living on nightmare mode, but I dunno tbh. Asking for a friend

ppl in america cope with drugs and alcohol because they are depressed by the fact that they have a shitty job and the fact that home ownership is increasingly out of reach for them.

americans are a greedy, hypocritical, and evil people. everyone thinks america is the land of the free and are a very benevolent people. the reality is that they are the exact precise opposite. americans will smile and tell you and everyone about how good they are and yet have a knife behind their back ready to stab you. there is no other way around that. that is my best assessment of the way americans are as an old american ricecel.

a lot of americans that already own homes are not satisfied enough and want the values of their properties to increase and/or own multiple homes. what this means is that they lobby their city supervisors to prevent more multiple housing units from being built near them. As a portion of those multiple housing units must have some poor spic and niggers.

as time goes on more and more people find home ownership out of reach. despair starts to kick and and drugs and alcohol become a factor in these people's lives. homelessness increases.
