Usually I'll stay up late on the weekend but still sleep about 8-9 hours; unless I force myself to, I couldn't just stay up that long for no reason.

My sleep schedule ends up getting so fucked up I went to sleep at 9 am, and eventually I just didn't sleep and went to sleep at like 8 or 9 like some boomer in a nursing home and wake up early AF. Self correcting
