Most of the time, i sleep between 6-8 hours, but recently, i have been experiencing a lot of psychotic and depressive episodes caused by schizophrenia, which also spikes up my cortisol and it's been 2 weeks. My insomnia makes me sleep 13 hours a day these weeks
