To be honest, the 80/20 rule is more of a 95/5 rule. I am not even kidding about that either. Actually, even 5% may be stretching it. In the typical school of 20 or so students per class there aren't 4 chads (which would be the case if the 80/20 rule were real), or even a chad at all. At most, 1-5% of men are chads.
