everyone called him nutty Noel and he was a good friend of mine sadly he's been in prison for about 8 years now, very sad, he never hurt anyone yet set a fire outside a house so he got arrested

They should of released him ages ago it wasn't even in the property it was outside and he's been in prison for ages I miss him he used to always get food out of the bins and argue with people even though he was on big bucks from the state

If he is in the States maybe an appellate public defender or pro bono lawyer could file habeas, although habeas has been procedurally gutted since 9/11. Sucks man.

He's originally from Dublin living in London and someone said maybe they have him a harsh sentence because he's Irish originally

No but the judge said he's a danger to himself and others

In London you get a solicitor on legal aid and they always tell you to plead guilty I was at the court hearing and they just said he's mentally sick and that was it for his defence
