This is why I am so afraid to speak nowadays.. why I continue to not have friends. Don't even talk to my parents much. I am so ashamed that my voice is so distorted.. it only adds to the want for me to immediately expire every time I hear it.. thankfully it doesn't matter much to me.. my mind at least lets me cope with it distorting my voice mentally to make me feel better about myself. I hate looking at photos of myself and listening to my voice on record. It just serves as a reminder of how ugly I really am.
