from what I've seen IncelTears only had a normie audience because it was already a big and well known subreddit (probably from YouTubers making videos on it and shit). now that it's gone most of the normies just moved on. the only people who still care enough to run a forum dedicated to stalking incel boards are the extremely insecure/toxic people who genuinely have nothing else to feel good about in their lives ('virgins but not incel', FDS etc). it's literally the only context where they feel like they have social capital, and a result they can't live without it
