RageFuel OCD making my life hell

For those that don't have OCD this disorder basically makes doing everyday things difficult. Getting out of bed, eating, opening doors and even going on the computer is hard because my stupid OCD will tell me "Wait, go on this website first or else something bad will happen.". It's so hard to ignore because OCD will nitpick your worst fears, making it hard to ignore. Giving in and doing the compulsions only makes it worse, and exposing yourself (aka ignoring EVERYTHING and not doing compulsions) is also hard. This disorder is such a time wasting exhausting disorder.

huh this is very relatable for me. but i don't have OCD (as far as i am aware). i do have autism though

Over if you have that batshit illness. I somehow surmounted it and grew out of it as an adult, I had it really bad when I was 7 - 11 years old.
I have no idea what words or advice I could possibly give you.

You need to get either a lobotomy or you need to get a Phineas Gage supersonic pipe missile to the head to fix that shit. I think one of the reasons why I 'grew out of it' is because as I got older I became way more irreligious and started to adopt natural materialism. Where I believe that the world was mind independent and that my observation had zero effect on causality.

I can't touch my face, my socks cannot be wet whatsoever and if they are I have to change them, I can't get sweat on my clothes and if I do I must change them. whenever I feel myself getting too hot I run to the nearest sink and put it to the coldest setting and keep my fingertips under the tap until I'm not hot anymore. I once showered until my hands were purple. I have to try not think about certain things too much or else I might ruin my enjoyment somehow from thinking about it too much?
idk I haven't been diagnosed with it. just ADHD which I don't think I have and am not sure it even exists for that matter.
