I've been diagnosed with OCD and it's affected me all of my life, brutal neurodivergence that not many people know about. I'm always uncomfortable and a slave to the rituals that make me feel like a crazy person Brutal ND pill. Pretty sure I'm autistic too

When an intrusive thought really bugs me, I imagine a cloud and say, "it's just a cloud, it's gonna pass." It's my counter-ritual
