JFL Nurse shocked at my blood pressure

I've had a nurse shocked after taking my blood pressure. She asked me to take it again.

It was high 170s, which is close to the dangerous hypertension crisis.

I measured again at home, which shows pretty sjmilar numbers so it's not false alarm.

I will lose fat...one day.

I once seemed to have stroke symptoms around the time this was going on. Was riding in the car and then I got a weird feeling in my head and thought I was gonna throw up.

It slowly went away but for like a day afterwards if I tried to touch my nose with my fingers, one side was well coordinated and could do it easily and the other side was off every time I tried.

Took a day for it to fully go away and it’s been fine since 4 years later.

I wonder how close I actually came to being dead there

Yes I have health issues that make it very difficult to gain weight. I’m 155 now after years of insane effort to gain weight
