What is it like being neurotypical? I was born with autism and ADHD which means I can't function well in society like a normal person can. So what is it like being normal and being able to function normally in society without needing assistance?

I would describe being neurotypical as having no particular faculties in the extremes. Most exceptional people are not normal in some way. Michael Phelps has ADHD. Elon Musk has Aspergers. And it is usually an ability that gives them an edge in their field.
