It’s indeed brutal, I lost my interest in any meaningful activity long time ago.

Sometimes I find an interesting video on youtube or find something online that’s worth reading but most of the time they add nothing to my life, I gain no useful knowledge out of them. It’s all just mental masturbation.

Outside of listening to music and jerking off there’s practically nothing I could indulge myself in or I’d do for fun.

My brain is definitely fried from overstimulation , but I don’t see how my life would benefit from a “dopamine detox”, so there’s no incentive or reason to change.
