I haven't slept in over 28 hours and I'm aiming for like 33-34 so I can reset my sleep completely because sleeping during the day and being awake during the night has made my depression worse, I usually sleep at around 13:00-16:00 and wake up at 21:30-00:30, I never feel rested
but for the worst part, I am tired and I keep randomly coughing because my lungs have gone to shit at a young age, and the constant stomach pains because of IBS make me feel even worse
every time I stand up I get dizzy, but because of the tiredness it's even worse
