The Norwood Reaper decided to pay me another visit. I started to notice a slight temple recession in my early 20s which progressed into a NW2 as of now. Never been able to get over it since balding was always one of my biggest fears, and I'm already very ugly, so I'd a complete freak if I went bald.

I've been on finasteride for 2 months, and I've noticed a few signs of success. Dutasteride and oral minoxidil are my last resort, but I'm willing to go all out since I can get them over the counter in my community afaik.

Get a korabeauticals derma pen. Speed 4 and depth 1.5mm. Do that once a week. Apply 5%min twice a day as well as rosemary oil or other DHT blockers. Stay on fin.

I've been on dutasteride and oral minoxidil for 6 months and it hasn't done anything for regrowth yet. Was previously on finasteride for 4 years and lost some ground on it but slowed the hair loss down significantly.

most brutal thing about norwooding is you have to choose between chemically castrating yourself and looking like humpty dumpty (fin and dut are proven to reduce sperm quality, with dut, the more effective one almost completely castrating you)

Bro you have Klinefelter and you can't produce as much testosterone to convert to DHT and make you go bald, how can you thermodynamically go bald :/.
