I'm in my early 20s and my hairline currently looks like a Norwood 1. I don't want to be visibly balding until at least my early thirties. What are the best treatment options I can use to regrow my hair?

book the first flight to Turkey

The average user here is probably 14 so they wouldn't know. Finasteride or Dutasteride + Minoxidil are the only things that work. They should slow the loss down worst case scenario. I've been on the meds for 5 years and my hair is only slightly worse than when I started.

I’ve heard about these but people around me kept saying they lower your testosterone levels so I avoided them. Do they really lower your test or is that a myth?

If these are to invaise to you try these

Have you used this yourself, and if so, was it effective?
i do use these regualy but im not sure if i was really balding or if it was soemthing induced by stress and malnutrition.

So i cant confirm if it really works or not

No they don't, they lower DHT which is a byproduct of Testosterone. DHT is useless after puberty. I don't have any side effects and I take Dutasteride. My serum DHT levels are nuked and I can still get hard etc. I don't get why people are afraid of getting ED, you're not even going to be able to use your dick if you're bald and ugly anyway.

There are too many side effects with these pharmaceutical products and I still want to be fertile, so I've just accepted my fate as I watch my hair thin out more and more on the top. Luckily, I have a nice round head shape and don't look like a xenomorph kek

Imagine falling for the fear mongering. I literally gooned all day yesterday and nutted about 7 times and I'm on dutasteride.

The Norwood Reaper started coming for me a few years ago.

No matter. I was an incel before I started balding anyway.

I want to look as disgusting as possible to foids.

Got it.

Because testosterone production effects more than just erection. Anyway, thanks for the answer.

I stumbled across this study on the NIH website, and I don't know, man. The study provides strong evidence that taking dutasteride for more than 18 months can lead to persistent reductions in semen volume and sperm motility, even 6 months after stopping the drug. I know the sample size wasn't large (40) and that they didn't have baseline sperm parameters before the study, but I'd rather keep shaving my head

Is balding a thing in 2026?
Just take minoxidil + dutasterid + dermaroller and your good. From nw7 to almost nw 2. I'm not a baldy anymore.

Really? I never got any regrowth with dutasteride and oral minoxidil

Interesting, I respond very well to those medications.

Did it say the age of the participants? I know that it's anecdotal but Ashton Kutcher had a kid 10 years after using dutasteride

Between 28 and 39 those over 35 may have skewed the data a bit

Not like anyone here will have children anyway

Finasteride/Dutasteride is great and I recommend RU-58841 as well, using it in addition to the 5ar inhibitors is the only way to stop hairloss all together if you are very prone to it. If your hair genetics aren’t as terrible as mine you will get away with just using either Dutasteride or the RU-58841.
I wouldn’t really use minoxidil given that you haven’t lost a lot of hair yet and it’s not really worth the potential sides unless you are hoping for regrowth

Minoxidil hasn't done jack shit for me but I'm worried to stop because I'll probably have a subhuman shed

Microneedling really isn’t worth the hassle, it will give you very minor regrowth if anything and really won’t do shit for you, just focus on the preventative medication

Microneedling is key for hair growth in areas where hair follicles have died.

After a month of microneedling you'll start seeing baby hairs in ur sides of forehead, trust the process. I've done it too.

fair enough, glad I never tried it. it´s so funny that minoxidil is the first thing recommended by normies, yet it´s by far the worst out of all the pharma options

might give it a shot then, would love to get some of my temples back, how often and what length did you do?

It's baby hair for now, the new hair follicles near temples become thicker and another line of new baby hair started growing on the edges.

It varies with amount of hair lost & genetics, u can't grow hair on areas u never had hair. Give it a shot, stay consistent.
