Sorry, maybe this is a no-brainer. Although I hope not because it's about the brain, lol
But yeah it's annoying isn't it?
The biggest issue I find with not being neurotypical for most people is that it's harder to find friends like you if you're in the minority.
In my case as well my "ADHD" means that a lot of my old friends have changed when they became fully grown adults (25+) whereas I never went through that final maturity stage or at least not to the same degree.
But just because it presents some challenges doesn't mean it's a disorder.
