Normies are not forced to play competitive online games. They choose to play games where they are competing against other players, and then cry about "try hards" and the "unemployed." Of course when they easily win against others they do not complain and instead brag and gloat about how good they are.

I do not play online games because I don't have the mental energy to be competitive anymore. Yet, I'm not whining about how the evil try hard unemployed basement dwellers ruined online games.

They cant just admit that they suck. In their mind they are fundamentally good people (they often openly admit this) and good things only happen to good people and bad things only to bad people. So if bad thing happens to them, it cant be that they are bad, its that the world is bad (tryhards, unemployed are ruining the world for them waaaa). Because bad things dont happen to good people like themselves. Bad things only happen to bad people (hobos, incels etc).

I had a friend like this, it was so annoying playing video games with him.

Also, he was never grateful for my help and always thought it was all him. He bragged about every little thing he did, unaware of his actual contribution. I was the one doing research, gearing him up, always thinking about the team.

He would also let me die on purpose just so he can look better while I sacrificed myself for the team whenever I could. Scum.

Not to mention all the time I had to listen to him rant because he refused to improve and adapt.
