Hypocritical post from me since I encouraged people to neetmax and say wage-slaving is shitty. But normies drag out everything and have zero focus. Take a few focused, hardworking incels and you can do 4x the work in less time.

The problems hard workers end up being hired and managed by normies, mostly women, which fucks up a business or org's chances of running efficiently.

I suspect the shittyness of wageslaving isn't the actual work part, but the social dynamics and normies bullying co-workers or underlings.

Being a successful normie entails saying the right socially approved things, having the right thoughts, and acting a certain way. It has nothing to do with completing tasks or getting shit done.

It's exactly this, the whole reason pretty much why the unemployment rate for ASD is extraordinarily high compared to all other disability groups.

Who has the back of the high inhibition "boring" Autistic? No one unless they're Chad in which case they'll be helped. You're expected to be flexible (going completely against the Autistic need for familiar routines) & immediately adapt to whatever is asked of you; a few adjustments here & there taking into consideration the strengths & weaknesses of the person & non tolerance of gaslighting would see highly competent loyal workers but no that cannot be. The thug, idolised woman or cool guy doesn't like you so now everyone sides against you. The powertripping manager wants stuff done this way instead ignoring the ends justifying the means, you're expected to do something you suck at compared to everyone else. Such fucking mismanagement of ability.

You can be the hardest worker in the company but no one gives two shits as you don't sell yourself & vibe with others or kiss ass to your superior's.

So many times they'll fire or that person quits then the productivity is shattered while they kept on the social maxxed shit workers & can't understand at all wtf happened to cause the massive quality drop.

Many times a new candidate is someone that did great in the interview due to social skills then the job vacancy is up again a month later as it turns out they're incompetent & vastly oversold their own ability.
