This makes me both very angry and very sad. I can empathize. I've been through it.
This guy who was interviewed very clearly took part in it.

I have noticed in my own school that it is the bullies themselves who'd act all honorable and tell the teachers that kid xyz was bullied but they don't know by whom and then could barely contain their laughter.


Everybody knew, the teachers understood and knew.
Nobody said a word or did anything about it and the victim was done for, for life.
