Seen as violent, unintelligent, narrow barbarians with terrible hygiene. One insult away from chopping someone’s head off with an axe or breaking a stool in a tavern. They also tend to inhabit the poorer bummy sections of Cyrodiil and are unfavored in terms of employment.
