A couple of days ago, you might remember me posting this thread:

I was essentially asking users to nominate their favourite 2025cels (user that joined in 2025) so that in a few days I could put the names of all of the tagged users into a poll and allow the community to vote on their favourite new user so that they could be officially crowned the the definitive 'New user of The Year'.
I got quite a lot of responses, which was great to see. Due to restrictions on the number of options you can have on a poll, I can only have 10 nominees.
Conditions:
-The User must've joined the forum in 2025
-The user can't have any previous accounts that were created before 2025 (sadly this disqualifies @The Judge, @Wrath and @Faust among others)
-Banned users can't be nominated (this disqualifies @Deleted member 8078, @aryanmikmaq, @Vector2800 and a large amount of other popular 2025cels)
Based on that, here are the potential nominees so far (they're essentially guaranteed a place in the poll, unless you tell me a good reason otherwise):

- @zd60 (tagged 5 times)

I personally think it should be the nine users that were the most tagged in my original thread plus @gluttony as the 10th and final nominee, it wouldn't surprise me if people forgot that he was a 2025cel, I must've heard people say that hundreds of times now.
I was thinking of getting someone else to make the poll because I'm one of the candidates in it, so it might not be fair if it was posted by me, what are your thoughts?

it's been a rather unique year in terms of new arrivals on the forum: A fair few people have expressed that sentiment but I'd say it's not for the reason you'd initially think, normally a unique year might suggest that there's been a wide array of interesting and forum-defining users... ...But...
