it's been a rather unique year in terms of new arrivals on the forum: A fair few people have expressed that sentiment but I'd say it's not for the reason you'd initially think, normally a unique year might suggest that there's been a wide array of interesting and forum-defining users...
...But I'd chance to say that it's been the opposite; it really feels like we've been starved of all that many well-respected and forum-defining users in this past year, a fair chunk of the new arrivals have been copy-paste anime girl avi Sewercels who don't appear to do much other than postmaxxing and flaunting their fetishes (to varying degrees of transparency) so they very quickly end up melting into a singular amorphous mass of spamming and hornyposting in one's mind, making individual users that fit this description quite hard to remember unless you're a stone-cold Sewercel.
And another large chunk of these new arrivals have been teenage looksmax.org and Tiktok refugees (mostly underage) that end up fizzling out over the course of a few weeks or months, either because they got bored as a result of their butchered and mutilated attention span or because their low-IQ posts and redpill cope caused them to be squashed by the ban hammer fairly quickly.
And perhaps most interestingly of all, most of the genuinely popular and iconic 2025cels ended up being banned or walking away from the forum, look at @aryanmikmaq (banned for posting an adult that looked underage) and @Deleted member 8078 (Banned for a month for staying friends with @Lust, a transgender former user banned a few months ago) among other exmaples. between this and the looksmax.org refugees, 2025cels have a very short lifespan.
But regardless, I think we can all agree this year was a much better year in terms of users than 2024, I wasn't even on the forum then but I've heard more than enough about 2024cels being disrespectful trolls, they're like the other sider of the zoomer coin to the lazy, low-effort and low attention span 2025cels (most of my brocels here are 2024cels, sorry lads
).
