Fapping has many downsides if done excessively, the problem is if you're a loner khhv incel rotter with internet access and no social life, it's extremely hard to not do it excessively, hence most incels become coomers
Downsides of coomerism (it's not the same as moderate masturbation, if you do it 2-3 times a week or less this doesn't apply to you):
- Low brain/ CNS energy, general fatigue and sleepiness
- Lack of motivation for physical movement and no concentration for study/ job/ routine activities
- Further developing your lizard brain and increasing sensitivity to the sight of hot foids irl especially since we're incels which causes psychological torture
- Further developing sexual deviation and deprivation
- Increased fake appetite and craving unhealthy food, which combined with decreased movement makes you fat
- Fucks with hormone levels and increases E and DHT (deadly combination) and lowers free T
- Increased hair fall
- Oily skin, acne, accelerated aging
- Dick deformation, tiny balls
- etc ...
The issue isn't whether cooming is bad for you or not, it IS bad, there's no argument, it's just that we CAN'T stop cooming because we have nothing worthy in our lives to give up lust for, but incels who practice nofap or at least fap moderately and don't fall into coomerism have my respect tbh

Orgasm is a sudden release of intracellular reserve of neurotransmitters (dopamine and acetylcholine) into inter-cellular space, but those neurotransmitters are also needed for thinking and motor function (what you call "motivation", "energy", "concentration"), they are brain's fuel to function, after orgasm you lose a big part of your ability to think and move until the dope gets back into the neurons (which takes hours and uses energy, that's also why we feel hungry after cooming, for brain it feels the same as a workout session or thinking too much)
