I did the entire 3+ months (I think it was a little over 4 months, don't remember exactly anymore) "reboot" and also a few smaller attempts (usually failing during the second month) and the only nice thing was that every once a while you enter the "flatline" aka lose sexual desire (which I like, because if I can't get sex, I shouldn't be tortured with desires at least), but you go between not wanting sex at all and wanting it a lot and torturing your prostate
a much better approach is no-porn, avoiding sexual thoughts and masturbating without any mental/visual stimulus, not even imagination, just pure mechanical movement to drain the prostate when you feel yourself feeling horny (which usually happens once or twice a week for me, ofc it depends: if you go out a lot, getting triggered is unavoidable, but if you stay home, it's pretty easy)
once you get horny and your prostate fills with fluid, it's spilled milk: no point in torturing yourself, just release it and be done
but ye, any superpowers are massive cope, I'd only expect reduction in sex drive (which is ironically the opposite of what most no-fappers desire), but not even that is true
>bro, but I'm saving so much time on not fapping

yeah, using porn is a waste of time, but mechanical fap can be done really fast (most people edge and delay orgasm for more pleasure, but speedrunning ejaculation is easy

) and you can avoid wasting mental energy on avoiding coom/triggers and taking 5 cold showers a day to cool down
