Discussion Nofap has negative effects for me in the short run, long run doesn't seem worth it

Many people on nofap are on it because fapping makes them depressed, tired and drained, etc. and I can understand that but to me fapping doesn't have any of those effects.
To me I feel the need to fap every ~2 days, I fap and I don't think about it any further. I tried nofap and I swear I had some kind of fap withdrawal since I felt like absolute shit.
If you're like me the only reason I'd see you on nofap is because of moral issues. ( Porn is degenerate )

I’ve done very short nofaps that I wasn’t even conscious of because of for example a game that I was very focused on.
