It's supposed to be good for muscle reparation and to give you deeper sleep. I used to take it, but ran out and didn't reorder.
im on week 2 ZMA and my deep sleep is worse now i find 5$ ZMA
This sounds good ngl but I rather not take any sort of supplements.
