Firstly they will issue two types of shares. Class A and class B.
Class A carries one voting right, whereas class B carries 10 votes per share.
As you can guess Elon gets the class B shares and the retail suckers get the class A ones

On top of that you will pay 100x revenue valuation

Buying into the SpaceX is IPO is peak simping.
It is like paying $100 for a bottle of bathwater from an OF femoid.
Those who will buy in will basically buy Elon bathwater
